Clearly I Need to Manually Journal...

...because it's as if my hand has forgotten what it's like to hold a pen. My kids are not yet old enough for homework, so no writing required there. If not for the occasional grocery list or signing of a Visa slip, I'd have next to no use for writing. And that ain't write right!

I came to this wild conclusion last week, as I was out shopping. Everytime I went to sign my Visa receipt, my signature changed. I had to actually think about how my name is spelled so that my signature actually had some sort of physical form to it. I didn't just want it to appear as a flat line.

The other advantage to a pen & paper journal--I can be completely free to discuss whatever thoughts are on my mind... I do realize that this is my blog, but I can't totally divulge everything to the internet world. I'd lose my credibility, followed by the friends I do have. Not cool. I don't want people talking to me apprehensively, wondering if the intimate details of our convos will end up on the blog.
